Highwater Music & Movie Series

The newest addition to the Austin Enhancement Group's activities is the Highwater Music and Movie Series. 
Still in the planning stages, the concept involves a series of three concerts over the summer.  Named for the high water that can affect the area and the signs indicating the 2004 highwater mark, the concert series would be held at Bandshell Park as a sign of resiliency and community.   The concert series would feature different bands each time, and potentially show a family-friendly outdoor movie after the band.  A couple of food trucks rotating through each event would provide snack options, and the City of Austin's Rolling Rec would have activities for the kids. 

We're hoping to get it off the ground for the summer of 2025, if the planning and fundraising can happen quickly enough.
